Villa Luminosa located on the tranquil northern shore of Tankah Tres beach, Mexico. The villa boasts panoramic views from the roof top observatory, the pool area and several balconies. The living space and all bedrooms have a view of the beach and the sea.
Villa Luminosa received its first guests in March of 2008. This brand new, four bedroom, four bath villa lodges up to 12 guests comfortably. The villa is decorated in Modern Mexican motif offering a warm and inviting atmosphere.
The entrance to Villa Luminosa is quite dramatic featuring an open air stair tower decorated with light forms and shadows.
Entering the first level of the home you step into a multi decked palm lined open courtyard with pool a large bedroom on each side. There is a communal courtyard with an outdoor kitchen. Each bedroom offers a king bed and twin bed. There are also small refrigerator, microwave, coffee pot, dishes and glassware.
The second level is the main living area of the villa offering incredible views of Tankah Bay over the palm trees. The sunrises are supurb viewed from the large palapa covered deck. The great room offers a fully equipped kitchen, dining area, conversation area and office area. There are two large bedrooms, each with private bath. One bedroom has a king bed, the other has one queen. The focal point of the main level is a sculptured jungle tree that extends from the floor, through the bar, to the ceiling.
The rooftop observatory features comfortable loungers, dining table and covered wet bar. It is the perfect spot for tanning and experiencing the beauty of the day and the night sky while visiting the Riviera Maya.
Villa Luminosa is spacious, well appointed and thoughtfully decorated. A very comfortable home away from home.
