This beautiful two-bedroom, two-bathroom condo is located in a tropical garden setting in north Akumal. The condo is on the second floor and is equipped with air-conditioning, ceiling fans, daily maid service, and a fully equipped kitchen.
Guests of La Iguana can enjoy swimming in the largest pool on Half Moon Bay nestled in a beautiful garden setting, or they can swim in the covered pool that offers an excellent view of the Caribbean Sea. The famous sandy beaches and great snorkeling of Half Moon Bay are just down the steps and through an open breezeway. Guests are also within easy walking distance of Yal-Ku lagoon, which is often equated to swimming in an aquarium.
The unit is bright and light with an open design and high ceilings. From the main entry you will access the open living and dining area. The living area includes comfortable seating and access to a private terrace that overlooks the tropical gardens. The railing is enclosed to ensure the safety of your children.
The dining area includes a large table with seating for six. Off the dining area is a breakfast bar with stools that face the kitchen, facilitating conversation and gathering during meals.
The completely furnished kitchen includes bottled drinking water, cookware, coffee maker, microwave, toaster oven, refrigerator, oven/stove, utensils, and dishes. The daily maid service allows you to enjoy yourself while the unit is cleaned up, beds made, and dishes washed!
The master bedroom has a king-sized bed with private balcony – a perfect place to string the hammock and relax. The second bedroom has two twin-sized beds and its own private balcony.
Each morning the singing of tropical birds awaken you. During the day you can enjoy the crystal clear waters full of colorful fish, tour ancient Mayan ruins, shop, or just relax on the beach with a good book.
