My favorite part of #7, the cool and private terrace that is tucked away among deep green palms and bright bougainvilleas. A true tropical garden setting that is lovely to look at and makes a refreshing retreat after a day of exploring.
Located just two and half miles south of Akumal proper, South Akumal is a quiet gated community with lovely soft sand beach. Here you will find a handful of private villas and one small condominium property, Seven Seas. Seven Seas is an excellent choice for visitors hoping to enjoy the rich natural beauty of the Riviera Maya in lovely well appointed accommodations. The beach here is soft and great for swimming and snorkeling. The large pool on the beach side of the property is great for cooling off. Shade palapas, sea kayaks and great snorkeling make this a perfect place to relax and enjoy the setting.This lovely beach front complex of 6 available condos is situated on a gated residential street of elegant villas.
This unit includes two bedrooms and two baths with spacious glass walled showers and separated dressing and primping areas. Both bedrooms are furnished with king beds and are air conditioned. Hair dryers are installed in two baths and ceiling fans in all bath and dressing areas plus all other rooms including the west side terrace. A domed ceiling rises above the separated dining room.
The advantage of second floor living is in the wonderful view, breeze, privacy and security. This unit has a view of the jungle out from a very private terrace.
Separate bedroom air conditioners allow for individual comfort levels. A flat screen satellite TV with tape and DVD and another extra TV for viewing DVD, plus games and a large selection of paperback books provide diversion for everyone.
The tranquil bay has excellent snorkeling and beach combing. Two double and two single kayaks are provided for the paddling adventurers.

Guests of Seven Seas will check in at the Seven Seas reception office located at the front of the first condo unit in site. Please park and follow steps. The office will be to your right. | Please be sure to let us know if you will be arriving after 5:00 PM so that Miguel knows when expect you. If he is unavailable when you arrive, your unit will be open with key inside. Units 1, 2, 3 are on the main level and 4, 5, 6 on the second level.
