Tropical Evergreens is a beautiful beach casa with an open split-level first floor, and a stairway to a loft bedroom above. On the first floor there is a king-size bed and bathroom just a couple of steps higher than the main living area. In the main living area the dining table separates the living room from the full kitchen, and mahogany doors open from this living space to the beachside exterior patio. The house has a VCR, stereo system with CDs for your entertainment, and a lock box for your valuables.
A short path leads to the beach where a thatched palapa makes shade for your beach chairs. Kayaking and snorkeling in the bay is excellent... and just right out the front door!
The closeby guest house can also be rented should you need the room. Separated from the ocean by the main house, the guest house offers two separate living spaces. The first floor has a queen-size bed, bathroom with shower and kitchen. On the second floor are two single beds, another bathroom with shower and a covered terrace.
