Casa Maravilla, “House of Wonder” is an extravagant luxury villa found on the beautiful white sand beach of Solimon Bay. The contemporary feel includes its hacienda style, traditional to the area. Newly built in 2004, the marvel and attention to detail is what makes Maravilla astonishing. Local Mayan and modern art include sculptures, glass and iron chandeliers and hand made furniture mixed with Talavera and Saltillo tiles throughout. The light inside is magnificent, accented with skylights above the front door and in the stairwell as it illuminates with natural sunlight. This 5000 sq. ft. spacious villa has a 25 ft. foyer with adjoining living and dining areas, encompassed by 16 ft. sliding glass doors.
The panoramic view from this villa is one of the nicest on the Bay. The rooftop lounge area is complete with comfortable shaded seating with tiled table, a perfect spot to spend time and enjoy your surroundings! The industrial kitchen is superb with stainless appliances, complete with functionality along with tradition.
There are 4 well spaced bedrooms with either a King or Queen sized bed. The lower level bedroom opens to the garden terrace through French doors and the Master on the second level also has French doors opening to a private beachside terrace. The Master bathroom has skylights for a very natural feel along with a garden view. There are two additional beachside guest bedrooms with Queen beds that open to their connected ocean side terraces which run the length of the villa. The open second floor has an antique desk and bookshelves floor to ceiling and an internet connection and so bring your laptop if you wish.
