Casa Rosa is located along the sand beach of Playa Blanca. Playa Blanca is part of 15 miles long stretch of beach known as “Playa Blanca” along the southern end and “Playa Larga” along the northern stretch. Casa Rosa is 15 minutes from the lxtapa/Zihuatanejo airport and 25 minutes from the twin resorts of Zihuatanejo and Ixtapa. For those flying into the area during the day you cannot miss this long stretch of white sandy beach from the air. The extreme southern end of Playa Blanca is also known as La Barra De Potosí which has many native seafood restaurants and is adjacent to a large lagoon where boat tours are available for reasonable prices. There the endangered white pelicans, roseate spoonbills, flamingos, and great blue herons can still be seen. Don't forget your camera!

PROPERTY DESCRIPTION: Casa Rosa is a very private and secluded adobe beachfront villa. The villa offers four bedrooms in the main house, each furnished with A/C, two queen beds and private bath. Additionlly there is a separate studio with private terrace, king bed and private bath just off of the main living area situated in the garden side of the property.
The architectural design is lovely allowing for light and very comfortable atmosphere. This home was designed by renowned architect Enrique Zozaya. The main living area and dining area can accommodate 12 people.
A large infinity swimming pool and patio area look out over the beach and ocean. The palapa roofed patio is furnished with comfortable hammocks, chaise lounges and sitting area with incredible view of Playa Blanca. The sunsets are spectacular!
AMENITIES INCLUDE: Infinity pool, air conditioned bedrooms and living area, satellite TV with DVD and movies, cd player with music, ceiling fans, fully equipped kitchen, indoor and outdoor dining areas, staff on premises. Daily Maid Service, Cook available at $25 per day, breakfast service included plus cost of groceries.
