Casas Jihae and Kristi are side by side villas located on the beach of Solimon Bay. The property is a perfect choice for those looking seeking the seclusion of a hidden beach but still hoping for the comfort and beauty of an upscale villa. Solimon Bay is located 90 miles south of Cancun, just about half way between Akumal and Tulum. Within 10 minutes in either direction you will find excellent restaurants, boutique shopping and several area attractions including Xel-Ha, Manatee Cenote and Tulum Ruins.
From your villa step out onto soft sandy beach. Guests of Casas Jihae and Kristi enjoy a wide stretch of sandy beach perfect for long walks and sun bathing. Just in front of the property you will find excellent snorkeling. Sea Kayaks are provided for guest use, a great way to pass time along the Riviera Maya.Along the beach each villa offers a large shade palapa and comfortable beach furnishings. The villas share a large beautifully tiled swimming pool with brightly colored steps to enter at either end.
General Layout: The villas consist of two levels. On the main level an open and spacious living and dining area looks out over the brighly colored swimming pool, beach and Caribbean. Bright colors, tropical hardwoods and Mexican tiles highlight the rich culture and incredible beauty of the area. Each villa includes a fully equipped kitchen with all utensils and appliances you may need to prepare meals or tropical drinks.
Each villa offers three master suites, each furnished with king bed and private bath. Two of the bedroom suites are located on the upper level, one on the main level. Additional bedding is available if needed to accommodate your group. Casas Jihae and Kristi can be rented individually to accommodate upto 6 adults and 2 children, or together for a maximum of 12 adults and 4 children under the age of 9.

Low Season: Aug 16 - Nov 21, 2008 $2500 US/week
High Season: Nov 22 - Dec 19, 2008 $3600 US/week
Holiday Season 2008/2009: Dec 20 - Jan 2, 2009 $7500 US/week
High Season: Jan 3 – Apr 17, 2009 $7200 US/week includes Both Villas Jihae and Kristie
Mid Season: Apr 18 - Aug 14, 2009 $3200 US/week
Low Season: Aug 15 - Nov 20, 2009 $2500 US/week
Rental rates are per single villa with the exception of high season 2009 both villas will be offered together.
Minimum rental 7 nights holiday and high season, 5 nights mid and 4 nights low season.
Saturday to Saturday rentals preferred.
Rental rates are based on occupancy of 6 guests, please add $150 per youth under 9 yrs of age over the base rate.
Max. Occupancy per villa 6 adults and 2 children.
Rates are in US Dollars. All applicable charges included.
