It is very centrally located, within easy walking distance to Akumal's commercial center along Akumal Bay, Yal-Ku Lagoon and several restaurants and services located nearby.
Each three bedroom unit offers guests a fully equipped kitchen, dining area which seats six or more, breakfast bar and living area, all with gorgeous views of Akumal's Half Moon Bay.
The spacious master bedrooms in each of three bedroom units is furnished with king and offers a large private bath. The first guest bedroom is furnished with one double and one single bed. The third bedroom is furnished with a queen bed. Each bedroom has it's own private bath. The third bedroom also has it's own kitchenette and private access increasing the privacy of guests.
Fresh ocean breezes are a constant in these upper level units. The large oceanside terrace is well furnished with table and chairs and hammocks. This is great place to watch marine life, including sea turtles, parrot fish and eagle rays, feeding and at play in Half Moon Bay.

Their offices are located in across from the Playa Caribe Condominiums, above the Midway Convenience store. Office hours, 8:00 – 5:00 pm.
