The two bedroom condominiums enjoy a full ocean view on the sea side and lovely cool garden view overlooking the courtyard to the interior. The garden courtyard centers around a large swimming pool that includes a full lap lane.
Sirena 13 is a third level (top floor) unit over looking the shoreline and beach area. High ceilings and a spacious floor plan help to create an easy airy feeling within the unit. From the main entrance you will arrive at the open living space that includes a dining area with seating for four, very large kitchen with ocean view and breakfast bar and main sitting area. The sunken sitting area is just a few steps down from the main entry level, creating the unobstructed ocean view from rear to front of the unit. The living area is comfortably furnished with built-in section sofa and is cooled with a large and quiet operating mini-split air conditioner. Glass doors off the sunken sitting area take you to the ocean side terrace that is well furnished for enjoying the view and breezes. This is a perfect spot to take it all in during the early morning and evening hours.
To the rear of the unit are the two bedrooms. The master bedroom is cool and restful. It is furnished with a king bed enjoys a garden side terrace and private bath. The guest room is also furnished with king bed and has a garden side terrace and private bath. Both bedrooms enjoy pillow top mattresses and are cooled with quiet and efficient mini-split air conditioners.
